Welcome to my brand new, luxury corner unit on the 8th floor of RUSH Condo.

Enjoy floor to ceiling windows overlooking an 400 square foot terrace w/ views of downtown and the CN Tower. The kitchen is equipped for a chef with a large island and dining table to celebrate with your friends and family. Enjoy access to the buildings 2 storey climbing wall, gym and elegant party room. Check out Graffiti alley and all the cool restaurants, bars and cafe's that King West has to offer! Child friendly.
The space
A brand new, stylish 3 bedroom corner unit suite in the heart of the best neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. King West is known for being steps away from Toronto's high end restaurants, cafes, bars, and an amazing variety of boutiques shops and gyms.

This spectacular loft style unit in the newly built RUSH condo is an entertainers dream. Come make a gourmet meal in our chefs kitchen overlooking an oversized 400 square foot terrace that has unobstructed views on downtown and the CN tower. Enjoy the designer teak outdoor furniture and a 4 burner bbq to relax and unwind with friends and family after a long day exploring.

All guests have access to the building gym that includes a 2 storey climbing wall (your own harness is required for safety) along with a seperate party room that can be booked at any time with the host.

There is no parking with the unit, but there are many public parking lots nearby. One lot is located one block away at Queen and Augusta.
Guest access
Guests are renting the entire unit. Entry into the building either in person with the host, or by fob which is in a lockbox nearby.
Other things to note
No events or parties allowed in the unit. Maximum number of guests in the unit is 6.

Please keep in mind that this is my home and I love to share it with people. With that being said, please treat the unit with the same respect you would treat your own home.

If you are flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport, I strongly recommend taking the UP Express train into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. RUSH condo is a short cab or Uber ride (5 min) from there.
