The apartment was wonderful. Check in was easy and the apartment was wonderful. Parking was provided but we didn’t need our vehicle. The TTC was so easy to get to from the apartment. Just steps from the front door. We enjoyed our stay there! Ryan was so easy to communicate with and replied quickly to all enquiries. Would stay here again!!
The place was perfect for our stay! Love the space and it was comfortable and clean! The host has thought about everything in this place.i will be staying here next time i come up. Host was great at communicating. Check in was smooth and check out was easy.its in a good section as well.lots of great food near by and cute coffe shops as well. Also quick uber to down town as well.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and as advertised. We would definitely stay again. The stairs to the bedrooms were pretty steep.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The apartment was very clean and updated.
It was convenient for us for the location.
But because it is a busy area on a Main Street, it’s very noisy. We really loved the kitchen.
It was nice to have the on-site parking. I really liked the location. It had lots of restaurants and cute shops to walk to, although many of the shops have limited hours. Corner grocery 3 minutes away and beautiful Loblaw's grocery store 15 minute walk. Bus stop right outside. The place was nicely decorated. Bathrooms great, bedrooms small space but big comfortable beds. Master has beautiful, clean bathroom. Missed having closet but no biggie. Kitchen great to cook in. Dining room and living room had nice space and comfy chairs. The balcony was dirty. I dusted it so we could use it. I appreciated the supplies: olive oil, coffee, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, Brita filter pitcher, ice tray. I needed the supplied earplugs for master bedroom, but slept great with them in. Enjoyed the skylights. Boys didn't need the sleep masks.Communication was great. Host checked on us and our comfort with temperature, offered help and was easy to understand the ins and outs of the place. I would rent again. Thanks for everything.
Seamless check in & lits of communication. The apartment is in a neat, funky area with lots of shopping, pubs, breweries and restaurants within walking distance. The deck is a beautiful addition that you dont see in many rentals. If there's one piece of advice I'd give toba renter is to bring a couple of sleep masks as the skylights in 2 of the bedrooms makes it a tad bright early in the day.Bright, clean and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and theres plenty of spaces to sit and relax. I will stay again if I plan on coming back to the neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!
