Important Note: The oven isn't heating properly. While the other appliances are functioning well, I'm not including the oven as an amenity at this time, and I have added a toaster oven as a replacement for now. Thank you for your understanding, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



➤ Please note that this unit does NOT include parking. However, there are nearby PAID parking lots close to the building.



The Neighborhood:

Built on the city's original garrison grounds dating from 1793, Fort York is a high-density planned community. Young professionals inhabit its lofts, townhouses and sleek condo towers with ground-floor retail and cafes. It is also home to the Fort York National Historic Site, scene of the 1813 Battle of York, which has restored buildings, immersive exhibits and military-style Guard demonstrations in the summer.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently and City Bixi bike rentals are available.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:

*Kindly consider your electricity usage. Electricity is not free, and it is important to conserve it for both environmental and economic reasons. Please turn off the A/C or heat when you leave the apartment & turn it off/down during the night.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
