Beautiful hotel. Room was huge and space very open and spotless. Felt like a private oasis with the floor to ceiling windows. Bed was so comfortable, I have trouble sleeping normally but slept wonderfully here. Location was ideal. Close to everything but on a quiet street and unlike other hotels downtown we heard zero street noise. Honestly our favorite stay ever in Toronto

The hotel was in a great location with 24/7 parking at 83 Peter street around the corner. The staff were great However, the “wall” between the bathroom/shower and toilet was translucent so you see that someone was in there. Just a little less private then I was expecting.

Great location and well designed room. Bed was comfortable. Management morning touch be text message regularly. Room was not serviced during my two night stay and the staff didn’t inform me that the rooms aren’t serviced daily. Tub/shower combo was difficult to step in and out of safely due to the high sides.

Room was super clean and staff friendly. Very quiet, peaceful place to stay. Lack of hot water in the shower. Other guests experienced this as well, so hopefully they will address that. They said it was full service kitchen however that is not true. It has a fridge, kettle and coffee maker, not a microwave. Comfortable bed, well regulated room temperatures and very clean!
