"Clean rooms and lots of different amenities from casino to pool sauna steam room and bars
Everything was great expect for staff
Reception was unhelpful and annoyed at any request I had. Even DoorDash delivery was a process . They don’t have a designated spot for food deliveries and they need an extra verification from door dash that the food was for me.
I never had to go though that before and any other hotel.
It seemed that instead of trying to make things smoother and easier for you staff was being difficult and unhelpful."
