just a quick heads-up: since the 2nd bathroom in the basement has a lower ceiling, the shower comes with a handheld sprayer instead of a regular wall-mounted one. You can still get hot and cold water, and everything works normally.

➤ Please note that the office room, labeled cabinets, and the outdoor BBQ are not available for guest use. Other than that, the guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor backyard area. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the space.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
