We came for a women’s conference, stayed the night at this location. Not only was the price a fraction of what everyone else paid, I had more room to wander in my room. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable

It was very clean and spacious. We liked the kitchenette. The rooms were a little cool and thermostat didn't seem to work. Parking was a bit of a walk away.

The room was large and had enough floor space for me to do my yoga. Also I was able to bring food, dishes and cutlery since I knew beforehand what was available. So my special gluten free diet was easy to do in a room with a full fridge and freezer and a microwave. There is a kitchen down the hall but all my food was precooked.

You stay in Sheridan Residence rooms. They don't advertise that. Our first room had the sheets undone, garbage full, towels on the floor and crumbs/dust everywhere. We went downstairs to ask for a different room, then we got a clean one. Still, it's not a hotel. It's a dorm.

We had trouble finding the place with google maps, even though we entered the address. Rooms are very basic (no deciorations or colours), but spacious and practical - okay for the price. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, and microvawe. No dishes or cutlery. Bathroom is clean - but no fan. Check-in was super easy. Very friendly staff.

1st- to find the place drive into the 1st roundabout, turn left, follow the road until you see a pull in on the right, turn here, you'll see the 1410 above the main door. A functional bordering basic large clean room well equipped with two rooms with two double beds. BUT No tv service at all, youll need a phone or firestick to plug into the hdmi socket at the backbof the tv. A sports bar, tim hortons , burger king and shop opposite just 5 minute walk away., A relatively cheap and cheerful place.

Great trails to walk around. If you are family and travelling this is ideal. Two bedrooms and a small kitchen, but ideal for 1 or 2 night stay. Extremely affordable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All the stores are close..walking distance. I will definitely book again when I go back to Ontario, this place was better than some than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Trust me it is a great place to stay. :)
