A wonderful stay in the heart of Toronto We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Toronto. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and exceptionally comfortable, with friendly and attentive service throughout. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything about the experience felt special. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

Overall stat was good!! I expected high end tbh and just got good!! Beds and duvets were very comfortable - rooms Dated and beat up for the price. Was supposed to have free drinks for two and never got them on check In. Valet services was 5stars- very friendly and helpful! Gym was excellent and very clean- staff friendly Best part was the coffee bar- in the morning wonderful barista!!! Overall wanted high end 5 star and got med 4/5 star
