Unfortunately the coffee maker in the room was non functional, and one of the pillows had a terrible smell.
Did not notice until i went to use either of them.
Informed check out and she said, ‘have a nice day’!
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are big. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The pool and gym area were nice except there was unsupervised children eating cheetos and chips in the hot tub which left a bit of a mess. You do have to pay for parking but it’s only $5. Walmart is right beside the hotel which was convenient.
I booked and paid for a room with 1 king bed. I was given a room with 2 queen beds. When I questioned this, I was told that a group had checked in and took all the king beds. Not acceptable since this was not wha to paid for….. the room was in horrible condition as well and did not smell good. I visit Vaughan on a very regular basis for work and I will never stay at this hotel again!

Brenda staff was very helpful, room was very clean and location is perfect for what I needed it for. The hotel is getting slightly older but everything else clean.
People are friendly very helpful and polite will be going back for sure and will recommend it to othets

Started off with a heat issue in the room blew cold air the solution from maintenance was to turn up to 80 F . We arrived at our room from a day of meetings to find the deadbolt locked holding the door open. Housekeeping left our door propped open all day . We were fortunate that nothing had been taken from the room . We were told they would make up for it by giving us some points ……. The computers in the business centres weren’t working so I had to forward emails to the front desk to print for us . Overall it was not a good stay .

The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is nice at the front desk but this time we’ve experience the staff at the breakfast very pushy for tips at the breakfast. Our last visits we did not experience this and the breakfast was great but this time it was mostly cold and we found the staff hovering over tables waiting to collect a card to fill out with tip so this made breakfast unpleasant. Pool room needs renovations as ceiling is swelling from water damage and both pool and hot tub sides are dirty.

Stayed for a hockey tournament so it was a very busy weekend and common areas were full. Facilities were great but staff were not helpful. Hotel staff were not able to answer many questions or offer support. Though stay was booked using Expedia “pay on arrival” option, the hotel processed a charge 3 days prior to check in. I called to inquire and was told they charged me ahead because the hotel sold out of rooms and they wanted to ensure arrival. When I questioned the Expedia payment arrangement I was told repeatedly “the decision was already made.”
We enjoyed the stay but didn’t appreciate the change in agreement without notice.
