4. Garbage separation: Green bin: Food waste, pizza boxes, tissue. Blue bin: Bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, plastic containers. Black bin: Other household trash. Garbage pickup is bi-weekly. Please ensure bins are out on collection day.
5. Handle Furniture with Care: Please be mindful of the furniture and treat all pieces gently.
6. Snow Removal (Winter Months): It is the guest's responsibility to clear the snow from the sidewalk during the winter months to ensure safety for all.
7. Portable Air Conditioner (Summer Months): Please dispose of the water collected in the portable air conditioner located in the 3rd-floor room. Ensure the drainage is properly managed to avoid overflow and potential damage to the floor.
8. It is guest's responsibility to cleaning up after their pets, including removing dog waste from the yard, sidewalks, and surrounding property areas.
