Welcome to The Rustic Barn—a spacious, self-contained basement suite in the heart of Downtown Brampton, just minutes from shopping, dining, and transit.

You’ll enter through a private side entrance into your personal space, which includes:

* A cozy living room with two love seats
* Smart TV (log in with your own streaming accounts)
* Electric fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance
* Work/study desk with chair

🍽️ Full Kitchen & Dining
* Equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave
* Small appliances: toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle
* Essentials like pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, and more
* Dining table seats 4 comfortably
* Pantry may include basic condiments and cooking supplies

🛏️ Peaceful Bedroom
* Luxurious king-size bed with plush bedding (mattress encasement, protector, sheets, pillows, cushions, blanket)
* Wall closet with full-length mirror doors, extra blanket, room heater, iron and ironing board

🚿 Private Bathroom
* Full bathroom with standing shower
* Starter toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper)
* Longer-term guests should plan to restock toiletries as needed

🌳 Shared Outdoor Areas
* Guests are welcome to enjoy both the front porch and backyard, which are shared with our family, our pets, and guests in The Grassy Oasis, our garden suite.

🐶 Pet & Noise Disclosure
We are a pet-friendly home with four friendly dogs, a toddler, and an infant. While we strive for a peaceful atmosphere, occasional noise is possible.
This suite is not soundproof. For quieter stays, please consider The Grassy Oasis, our detached backyard unit.

🛑 Important House Rules
1. Please enter the correct number of guests and pets in your reservation.
➤ Undeclared guests or animals may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Absolutely no smoking indoors.
➤ Violation will result in cancellation, no refund, and a $500 cleaning fee.
➤ Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
3. For everyone’s safety, exterior security cameras are installed in the following locations:
* Main front door (Ring doorbell)
* Side entrance to The Rustic Barn
* Above the garage (view of driveway and Rustic Barn entrance)
* Backyard tree (overlooking The Grassy Oasis)
4. Please clean up after yourselves.
➤ All kitchenware must be washed before checkout.
5. Dispose of garbage properly:
➤ Black bin – garbage
➤ Blue bin – recycling
➤ Green bin – organics
🗑️ All bins are located by the garage and easily accessible when entering or exiting The Rustic Barn.
