Checkin was a bit delayed as they need more time to clean up the room. Got in around 4:30 so not to bad. Room was nice and clean, very quiet little place. Lots of stores within walking distance. Also lots of restaurants.
This was great for the price and location. Getting in touch with the staff was a bit difficult. I strongly recommend if one wants to stay close to downtown and in Chinatown/Kensington Market in particular. Easy to get on transit.
Overall it was good. As previously reviews mentioned pillows were flat, no glasses not even disposable plastic, and others seem to have trouble with entrance. All done by text no staff on site. Room was very small.
Rooms were very clean and sell stocked with supplies needed. Secure building and very helpful staff. It was my first time booking a room so I had lots of questions. The staff answered all of them without delay. I will be booking with them in the future.
The entrance of this compact accommodation building is a bit hard to find (due to very narrow shop front, right above a fried chicken place)
but well located near a lot of eateries, and a great Blues Bar (Grossman) around the block.
Clean functional rooms but quite basic with no frills.
Communication with the host was very good as they were very responsive!
Overall it was a good experience. The location is great, lots of restaurants nearby. It's right in front of a ttc stop, and relatively close to downtown. Our one downside was that the sink bowl is too shallow or the faucet isn't the right style for that sink. We had one big issue where there was water dripping from the skylight over the edge of the bed and over the toilet due to the heavy rain on our second night there. We contacted them and they were pretty responsive and a staff member came to check it out and tried to resolve the issue. We understood that it was pretty late and there wasn't a lot that they could do, but they did give us new sheets and extra towels. The next day, they offered us a new room to move into but we decided not to take it because we were out all day and wouldn't have time to move rooms, and we would be checking out the following day.
The stay was for one night to have somewhere safe to stay after a night out. I booked for three people but there were only enough bedding/pillows and towels for two people. The room was simple and clean, the bathroom was tiny and the shower needs a lip. The security in the building was very spirited in his duties to meet us at the door upon returning from a night out to admonish grown woman for speaking too loudly on the way to our room then following us and standing outside the door l, aggravating the situation. Being old ladies, we know a sad
it was nice n cool when we got in , it was in a good area chinatown is really cute and easy ish access to the subway it wasn’t terrible to walk and it was quite clean and redone so it was quite modern n pretty it was a really nice little hotel

Clean nice room, staff seemed to be nice as well, which is a good plus!
Clean and nicely-decorated room with everything we needed, including a comfy bed. However, the windows looked onto the street and the curtains were sheer so it was bright all night. Bring an eye mask and earplugs.
Also, make sure you email your ID and damage deposit ahead of time in order to get the keypad code, or you'll be locked out, since there's no front desk. The help line number is easy to text, though, if you get stuck, and they were quick and helpful.
The room was very clean and smelled clean , comfortable bed, nice hot shower, quiet, safe . I’d stay again for sure at this place .
We rented the small room with queen bed and private bathroom and shower. Every thing is safe and locked in with personal code to get in. Staff easy to contact and always available .
Spadina is a busy street with restaurants and variety of stores, clothing, stores, junk stores, knickknack stores, Chinese restaurants, international restaurants, and just west one block is Kensington market great place for shopping, unique stores and consignment stores Mexican restaurants cafés all kinds of restaurants a great experience the street car is right in front. You can take it north or south down to Queen or walk if you prefer walking, everything is available. If you’ve never been there before you might not think by first impression that you would stay there, but you enter the establishment by a locked door with a code to enter and the entrance is very clean and well maintained very safe.. The laundry facilities were not available at this time. Neither was the rooftop which I was looking forward to the room is small, but there are larger rooms you can book this room is all we needed. We were not staying in our room. we were shopping and going to entertainment areas. The room is bright with a skylight. We brought our own pillows and our own large towels. There is parking around the corner on Cecil Street.

Check in was efficient. The room was small but clean. There are a lot of stairs. Good value for money. The security deposit is a hassle but was promotly returned.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s within walking distance of the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, shopping, gift shops, a liquor store, plenty of restaurants, and the streetcar stops right outside. However, I wish I had known this was a completely contactless hotel. There is no staff on-site, and you can’t leave your luggage if you arrive early unless you pay $20 per hour for early check-in before 4 PM. You also won’t receive your building code or room number until you pay the security deposit, so make sure you pay it before arriving or you’ll be locked outside waiting for a text back. Don’t bother calling because no one answers the phone. Someone may respond through the Ring camera, but they’ll just tell you to text the support number. There is also no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Around 11:05 AM, a very loud fire alarm went off throughout the building, which I assume is their way of signaling checkout. The room itself was fine and the location was great, but the contactless setup and lack of communication were not what I expected. If you know all of this beforehand, your stay will probably go much smoother.

This hotel was super convenient, close to everything I needed. It was clean and I slept well there. Also great customer service and honored the price listed for early checkout even though they’d raised them since. All in all, great for what I needed.
It’s a very nice little spot that feels very safe. The rooms are well kept. There don’t seem to be any staff members to assist you, all the information is sent digitally which isn’t awful but the process of getting the information was a little stressful just because it was all automated
