"This older home has been amazingly modernized. It is beautiful inside with a combination of modern conveniences and cottage warmth. The front porch and it’s view of the Ohio River are lovely. Tony could not have been more gracious and accommodating a host. Highly recommend."

"Billy Boy Retreat is a beautifully appointed home. We were there in March so the swimming pool wasn’t open but we enjoyed the patio with its plastic enclosure , hot tub, tv and fire table. Anything you could think of needing was available at this home. We also enjoyed a Saturday afternoon trip at the Coal Tipple brewery."

"The house is really really lovely. all historic wood trims, bumped-out reading nooks, beautiful staircase, etc. The location looks super convenient on a map - right on Main Street - but OH the truck traffic! Even all through the night trucks go by. Like all historic houses, this one is right on top of the street, so sleep was not so great. The owner seems very nice, we exchanged a number of messges and she helped me out several times. I only gave communication a "4" because she actually sent...

"This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "
