The customer service was bad. The moment I arrived at the desk, they not even welcome us or greet us. No smile, no warm service.

Great hotel! I had a wonderful time at One King and the place has a great location and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Truly, a place to stay when you are in Downtown Toronto.

Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites
The room was clean and mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but clean and practical. The only criticism is regarding the Bistro that was closed at lunch time and as a result we had to skip lunch. Only open for breakfast and dinner with limited hours.
