Friendly and helpful staff. Safe and walkable area. Eaton Centre shopping close by. A 24 hour convenience store next door. Clean spacious rooms.overall a great stay. Nothing was missing. Thank you"

"The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were quick to assist in my travel changes and with a very sweet demeanor. The location of the hotel is great with many food options close by, a few blocks from shopping and Toronto's version of Times Square. Transportation is close by from the TTC to Union Square to get to the airport. It is also a few blocks to the art museum and about a 15 - 20 min walk to Kensington Market/Chinatown area for more food and shopping alternatives, same distance to the entertainment district including Rogers Center."
