The Novotel signature sent that is used in the lobby is an insult to the senses. Adam, the server at the morning buffet, was absolutely delightful. Maria at the front desk was very efficient. I appreciated the free Flow water and the bathrobe in my room

Overall mostly a good experience, certain furniture in rooms seem to be old and somewhat damaged. Note: I didn't have breakfast here so I cant really say anything about that

Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
Stayed here for a few days while in town for a conference. All staff were very friendly, room was a bit smaller than expected, but cozy.
