A nice private pool and a small garden makes the place unique and refreshing after coming back from the beach or to enjoy a breakfast or a cozy barbecue dinner at home in the portico which includes a grill spot. The apartments are tastefully furnished with all needed appliances included (iron, hairdryer, washdish and washing machine).The host Marilena is super nice, friendly, and very responsive to all needs. "La casa é in un’ottima posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di San Teodoro. Il personale molto disponibile. Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia. Tutte piccolezze che fanno peró la differenza. D’altro...

"Pros: Przestrzenne, komfortowe i czyste mieszkanie niedaleko plaży Sa Petra Ruja. Mimo że w mieszkaniu nie ma klimatyzacji, nie było gorąco, a w razie potrzeby wspomagaliśmy się wiatrakami. Przyjemna okolica położona między Santa Lucia a La Calletta. Do obu miejscowości można przejść plażą. Bardzo miły właściciel :)"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An alles für einen entspannten Urlaub wurde gedacht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Geschehen..Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto…Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick..Die Übergabe war gut, da die sympathische Frau nur italienisch konnte , mit Händen und Füßen. Aber hat geklappt. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren."
