This beautiful townhouse is located in the heart of Torquay with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and separate dining room. Enjoy the magic of this holiday house, situated in Old Torquay and only 400m from the beach.

With ocean views from the deck off the second storey living area, polished timber floors, dining setting for eight, smart TV and air conditioning. This property also has a full bathroom with bath along with a powder room for your convenience upstairs.

The bedrooms consist of x2 Queen Size Beds, X1 Tri bunk and a porter cot available for the little ones. All bedrooms also have heating panels. All bedrooms are fitted with a tv's.

There is also a fully equipped laundry with dryer, gas BBQ and outdoor setting, enclosed back yardand with secure parking under a single carport with roller door. An outdoor shower located at the front of the property making coming home from the beach a little simplier.

This property also offers Free Wifi!!!

Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

We loved the property and ended up booking an extra night as we didn’t want to go home:(Location is perfect , close to the beach and a short walk into central Torquay.The extra toilet upstairs and the bathtub (not that we used it) were nice surprises as was the out door shower:)The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will stay again !

Great place to stay, walk to the beach, clean. Only criticism the bed mattress in main room and mattress on bottom bunk are not very comfortable at all. Apart from that was very happy with location etc

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great venue for a getaway in Torquay. If you are looking for accommodation about 10 -15 minutes walk from the centre of town, close to Whites Beach that has a relaxed feel this is the place for you. Wonderful from the balcony of the sunrise and sunset to cap off a great five day holiday. We will be happy to book again.

The house was great for a family, very clean, with everything you need, the beds are a little uncomfortable but ok. The location was good, close enough to the beach but a quite a walk to the main shops and restaurants. For those that like the afternoon sun, it would be good if there was an outside area set up downstairs, with chairs and a table, as the deck is mainly in shade (and windy) in the afternoon. But overall we would recommend.
