We are pet friendly, so bring your pooch along and enjoy the leafy & secure backyard. located in a town house complex, close to great kids parks, we are also the ideal spot for small families wanting a good value stay. Walking distance to Torquay North shopping complex, also a quick drive to the beach, town and restaurants. You'll love the easy going feel of our place, and ease of living.

This is a single level home, part of a townhouse complex, so there are neighbours who live in the apartment above. We are pet friendly, but we do ask that you let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can arrange extra cleaning after your stay. We also ask that you clean up after your pet in the garden.

- 1 x bathroom (shower no bath)
- open plan living/dining/kitchen
- al fresco with seating & coffee table for two
- grassed & secure backyard
- washing machine & clothes line

Our come is cosy, homely and super relaxed, we want guests to have a good value stay at our home and enjoy everything we have to offer!

There is no access to the garage, this is locked for owners personal storage.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
