Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms. Main bedroom offers comfortable king-sized bed on the top loft level with and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The enclosed second bedroom provides queen bed, while the third bedroom offer King single. All share a large, modern bathroom with a shower and sauna.

The living area is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi available throughout the home so you can stream your own service. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals, including a stove-top, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. The dining table seats six people comfortably, perfect for family meals or group gatherings. For a cosy night in on those colder nights there is a wood burning fire place or reverse cycle air conditioning to relax with family or friends.

Outside, you can enjoy a sunny afternoon on our lovely large deck and grassed backyard, complete with a barbecue grill, outdoor dining table, relaxed lounge seating or day bed the choice is yours. There's also a car-port for your car, plus a laundry room with a combo washing machine / dryer for your convenience.

Torquay is the start of the stunning Surf Coast Walk, which extends 44 kilometres, all the way to Aireys Inlet.
The Great Ocean Road is 243km long, stretching from Torquay to Allansford, which is 10minutes from Warrnambool.
