"We stayed here for a weekend while visiting friends in Rota. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. No contact with anyone in person, given codes to access the room etc which was fine. its very central and there are plenty of places to get a coffee for breakfast just outside the main entrance. Only issue for us was noisy guests returning at 3am. I would happily stay here again if I was visiting again as it suited us perfectly. "

"Excellent stay at Plaza Mina Suites. We had the penthouse apartment which had a fabulous private roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers which we made use of due to having great weather in March. "Management is outstanding, respond very promptly to any requests, very friendly and treat you like family. Apartment is really clean, very safe, and building is very clean and modern. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the coolest restaurants. Home away from home. Definitely coming back ! "

"This property was completely not as expected. It was not as described. The beds are advertised as double but they basically are single beds and one of us ended up sleeping on the couch the shade in the front room facing the street does not work so that means light in the morning and noise at night absolutely no communications with the property owner or management. We left the first night and they don't want to refund us the money for the remaining nights we never use due to horrible conditions. "

"The place was very clean and the people was suuuuuper friendly even they are little english i felt so good and got my answer to all my question in rota… Stephania, Manuel, Albarado never helping me in anything… sosososos nice place and people i will come here for sure in my next trip to rota Spain… bravo. "Excellent location. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Lobby had a foul odor. Happy to have washing machine and lovely balcony for drying clothes and enjoying the view. Directions were poor. Just Google Bar Bahia and know that you must position car on yellow line for parking gate to open. We were given a key fob to the “garage” and finally realized it was a surface lot. Beach chairs and towels would have been nice. We were only given 1 towel each, for a 5 night stay. 2nd bathroom nice to have but only a toddler would fit on that toilet . Suggest that StayCare provide written instructions, in English for parking . "
