"Excellent property. Great and convenient place to stay for family planning to go to summit and for hike. Evening at the hotel outdoor seating area with a drink facing the mountains is simply amazing experience. Staff was very helpful. The only thing to be mindful is you need to reserve time for breakfast and dinner. When we arrived the day before our hike, we asked them to reserve breakfast the next day but it was only available later part of the day (9:30) . The only feedback is to open breakfast early morning and have a small market for foolish to grab coffee and quick bitings for their early morning hike. Staff at the restaurant is super helpful. Overall this is a top notch property and we loved a lot and we I’ll return back. Thank you for amazing hospitality!"

"Pleasant hotel with a lovely garden, Slept with my window open to the garden and hillside, and it was perfectly quiet for a restful sleep. Very close to Potes."

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely owner! Maria was welcoming and very helpful with great restaurant recommendations and sites to visit. The pool and gardens are meticulously maintained and the hotel and rooms have wonderful charm and elegance! We had a fabulous week in this stunning area with walks that gifted us with incredible views and we shall certainly be back as a week was just not long enough! Thank you Maria, to you and your family for providing such a wonderful place to stay!"

"Great location, short walk into Potes centre. Covered parking for motorcycles around the back (depending on availablity). Good rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast basic...... Suited me though. Great position for a base when your doing The Picos."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."

"It was far away but it was surprisingly beautiful, with a great view, very comfortable, clean and the staff was wonderful! It was a great experience! We fully recommend it. "
