"Pros: The Apartment by itself was nice and calm with a big nice terrace, but only with a lateral sea view. Jose is a very friendly host. Fast answers with WhatsApp. You have your own parking space in the underground car park und enough parking space in front of the building complex. Good Wifi with Mobile Router. "Check in process wasn’t the best. We arrived early and stored our luggage. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, 2 hours after check in time, still not called. Went to reception and room was ready. Room was very clean and comfortable, just a shame it overlooked a car park to the rear of the building. Breakfast was ok, expensive if you don’t book in advance. We wanted to cancel it for our last day - hotel wouldn’t agree to that. Wouldn’t class as 5 star, but a very good 4 star."

"The villa was very clean and well presented. It matched the listing well. We did have a couple of issues with a blocked drain and the pool. Both were resolved very quickly when reported. The pool started to turn green, so I guess the service had been missed. This was fixed the next day. Overall a very good experience."

"This is a lovely property to enjoy a home from home holiday on the Mar Menor Golf resort. We don’t play golf but enjoyed watching the golfers from the garden. The garden gets the sun all day long and the pool was perfect to cool down on some Really hot days. There are two other outside terraces , equally good.Inside the kitchen is very well equipped with a dolce gusto coffee machine and lots of pots, pans and dishes should you want to cook. ( fridge / freezer spotless too ).There’s also a super Tv package .Beds.. really comfy.The Boulevard a short stroll away has a range of bars and restaurants. We didn’t hire a a car so it was great to have a Spar just a few mins away on site."

"Lovely spacious villa on a wonderful resort - very quiet but with facilities near by. Good communication with the owner and simple instructions to access the property . The best part of the property is the outside space ! Lovely size pool and large terrace - some covered so you can get out of the sun ! Some aspects are a little tired but doesn’t impact the stay "
