Casa Jacks, Great Frontline Golf Villa With Private Pool And Free Wi-Fi

Welcome to our luxury appointed home, now with lovely 7 x 4m pool.

Its' a 2 bed, 2 bathroom Golf Townhouse, with great views over the 6th and 7th fairways, frontline golf views, watch the golfers get frustrated, quite amusing at time. We have 2 balconies front and back to catch the sun all day long. Its very well equipped just like a home from home.

The property is light and airy with open plan design over 2 floors, furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout, centrally heated for the cooler months, with flat screen LED TV with English channels, own Wi-Fi, DVD player, ipod docking station, and safe. Now with ping-pong table.

We are within the gated grounds of Mar Menor Golf Resort. The resort has a great 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, with its own driving range, buggy hire, a great pro shop, and Spike Bar.

The resort has plenty to offer with many bars and restaurants, 5* Intercontinental Hotel and Spa, onsite supermarket, bank atm, tennis, paddle, gym, communal pools, kids club. Alongside the resort is El Boulevard with a further range of Restaurants and Bars.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including iron, toaster and most importantly .. a dishwasher new fan oven and induction hob.

This is a great place for families and golfers alike, we have a variety of the latest DVDs, toys inc paddle rackets a game for all the family. Also an Ping Pong table.

There are two furnished balconies, front and rear allowing you to follow the sun all day. We have a private fenced patio for the kids to play in and to dine alfresco.

The nearest blue flag beaches just 10min drive away at Los Alcazares, where you can find the child friendly Mar Menor Lagoon.

*There is an additional charge, of €80 for your end of stay clean which can be left on departure for Lee and Lisa who manage and clean our property in Spain. *

We ask you to check in after 4pm and to checkout before 10am as this allows a thorough clean ready for the next guests especially if it is a same day turn around, I am sure that is understandable, thanks.

The only thing we ask of you is to water our plants and just to put out the rubbish, thanks.

A lovely villa, larger than it looks in the pictures, more than adequate if you had 4 adults staying. Villa was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need, home from home. Good quiet location, restaurants and supermarket less than a 10 minute walk, cant fault it.

Superb villa, very comfortable everything and more that we needed. Even travel adaptors, Bluetooth portable speaker, Mosquito plug inns. Pool is fab, even had an inflatable pump. WiFi was brilliant!! Great views too from bedroom balcony. Lovely and quiet street with short walk to the Spar supermarket and boulevard where’s lots of bars and great eating places. Simon was easy contactable and quick to respond. Overall a fabulous stay.

Family Easter Holiday

The villa was in a great location within the Mar Menor Golf Resort. Short walk to the boulevard where there is a range of decent restaurants and bars to eat at. Padel courts within a few minutes walk. The villa itself was very clean with a nice pool and fab view of the golf course. Correspondance with the seller was always prompt. Would stay again.

The Villa is amazing, the pool area is amazing, everything anyone would want, only 10 mins drive from the beach, local restaurants are very good, especially the Indian 😬, the golf course is very good, forgiving for the higher handicap, and very testing for the lower handicap players that go for the pin, car hire is essential but road networks are very easy, thanks Simon and Julie, I will be in touch shortly to book another stay

We have just returned from a week’s stay in this lovely villa. Having previously stayed on Roda Golf for the past 18 years, we were sceptical of a change of location. We were not disappointed. Mar Menor Golf Resort is fantastic and has everything you need for a great holiday! The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has a lovely outdoor pool with great views over the golf course. We had a lovely week there and are definitely going to rebook. Simon, the owner was very responsive to any questions and also allowed us to stay all day on our last day as we had a late flight out of Alicante which was much appreciated.

Everything you want

Great place , great vill and great area, everything you need at your fingertips, shame about part of the course being closed but still playing two nines was a great game and we played it a lot of time while we were there.
