Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room.

Room was nice albeit a little dirty. Nice and spacious with a large bed and a nice balcony. Staff were fine, check-in smooth. Breakfast had a good selection with a live cooking station for eggs / omelettes. The whole property was so quiet, no one in the restaurant for dinner - most people seemed to go off property for dinner. It was more lively round the corner at the square where the other restaurants and bars were.
