"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien equipada. La comunicación con el propietario excelente. No entendimos muy bien el anuncio y descubrimos una casa con 4 casas dentro…que no fué un problema en absoluto pero si que está llena de escaleras y eso era un peligro añadido para los niños con el que no contábamos pero no era de gravedad. Si tenemos que poner algún pero diría que entre las casa se oía todo. Si vais en grupo no hay problema pero quizás con extraños es un poco más incómodo.

"El estaso de la casa es lamentable, es muy vieja y los muebles estan viejos y sucios , las fotografias de la casa no tienen nada que ver con la realidad , la verdad es que hemos quedado muy descontentos. Lo unico jueno es que la calefacion una vez solucionado el problema funciono perfectamente y la localizacion es estupenda. "

"We had a great time. The location is great, walking distance of almost everything you need. Navacerrada was beautiful during Christmas holidays with a Christmas market and activities to do with the kids.Perfect to connect with nature and go for a hike/bike. "What a fabulous property. It was so beautiful. Seemed a little like the middle of nowhere but really close to Segovia.
The hotel is set around a stunning courtyard. We had a lovely apartment which was perfect for us. It even had a jacuzzi to rejuvenate us after our travelling. "

"- Als Gruppengröße sind nicht mehr als 7 Personen zu empfehlen, sonst wird es eng und auch mit den Schlafplätzen schwierig. Außerdem ist alles recht hellhörig.
- Es ist eben wie immer: es sind die Details, die den entscheidenden Unterschied machen - so gibt es auch hier einige kleine Details, die verbesserungsfähig sind (Zustand der Elektrogeräte, Matratzen, Klodeckel)
- Die Sauberkeit ist dem spanischen Standard entsprechend
- Alles in allem ist es ein hübsches Haus, das schön gerichtet ist...

"Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial)....

"Really central to Segovia. Receptionists very helpful and informative. Parked the car in the adjacent street in the “blue parking bays” - easy to pay and much cheaper than the underground parking lots. Excellent breakfast. Lovely courtyard in the middle of the hotel. A real find ! "

"I spent just one night at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center.
A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area."
