"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "We had the best stay at the chalet! We were two families with 5 kids and we had plenty of room. Everything was very clean. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor table where we enjoyed all our meals together since the weather was fantastic. Plenty of cooking wear to make food at home. Grocery store (Lidl) pretty close, too. Washer in the kitchen was helpful to catch up on kids laundry and there were plenty of drying racks. Coffee maker, microwave, oven, and fridge were all in mint condition. They have a small playground right in the neighborhood, and a super big one over in town, 5 mins away. Gas station for emergency items also in walking distance to the house. The landscape is not much too look at (except the sunrise out of the window), but the house is a great place to come together and have a great time."

"Amazing place, it has character. Good little bar with a terrace (I think it is part of the hotel). Parking is tight for cars, bit worried with some of the cars reversing out of it. One of them nearly hit my motorbike…. Luckily I was there to remind him to watch what he was doing. Good view from the terrace and very close to town bars. I’ll visit again."

"From the moment we arrived at hotel, which was almost midnight, we were treated like family. The warmth and attentiveness of Alberto made our first night unforgettable. We were welcome by two drinks and Alberto set up the perfect temperature of our room to our like. During our visit, I unfortunately got stung by a wasp, but the way the hotel mobilized to assist me was truly remarkable. They quickly provided a tweezer to remove the stinger, applied alcohol, and even offered mud from the spa to soothe the pain. The staff kept checking on me, making us feel cared for and loved. The accommodations were impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured the most comfortable mattress, ensuring a restful stay. We also enjoyed an excellent selection of ambient music that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lorena and Belén at the front desk—they exemplified true hospitality, helping us store our locally purchased cheese and chocolate and booking all our activities since our Spanish is not proficient. The spa was a highlight of our trip, offering various treatment pools and saunas that left us feeling rejuvenated. One of the most memorable experiences was the wine tour led by Mr. Mogul. His passion for winemaking shone through as he spent nearly three hours guiding us through the process and allowing us to taste some outstanding wines from this amazing winery. 100% recommend it to anyone! And thanks to all staff and the business owners!"
