  • One bedroom apartment immediately available for rent in La Carihuela (Torremolinos), on the Costa Del Sol (Malaga). This apartment is only a 3 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from Malaga International Airport, less than 1 mile to Torremolinos city centre (San Miguel promenade), and a short walk to La Carihuela promenade and the yacht-port Benalmadena Puerto Marina. Amazing location! Great value for money!

    The Apartment

    Ideally located in a gated building with communal pool and gardens, this 42m2 one bedroom apartment is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen, a very comfortable living room including a brand-new three-seater sofa bed (135 cms), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cms each), a bathroom, two built in wardrobes and private terrace fitted with sun loungers with table and chairs to make the most of the Spanish lunch followed by a siesta. Ideally it can accommodate up to three adults or a family with up to two children. It has all mods and cons including fresh linen, bedding and towels provided for your stay, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV, all kitchen appliances including electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Pizza maker is provided to replace the oven which does not work. Old-style furnitures.

    The apartment is ideally located to explore the beautiful beaches and many theme parks and exciting activities available on the Costa del Sol. On the doorstep are loads of shops, restaurants and bars so you will have your choice of cuisine. It is only a 3 minute walk from La Carihuela promenade and the beach and a 5 minute walk from the yacht-port Benalmadena Puerto Marina which offers additional shops, bars, bus stops and taxi ranks, restaurants and an array of boat trips to explore the Mediterranean. Locally there are numerous attractions such as the Torremolinos waterpark, Tivoli World amusement park, Sealife, La Paloma park. À fuir, extrêmement petit, plombs qui sautent, coupure de courant, matelas sale, draps sales, cuisine non fonctionnel et 0 communication. On a pas fait d’états des lieux à l’arrivée. En plus de ça le propriétaire essaye de nous demander de l’argent pour un fauteuil qui était déjà sale. Nous avons tout ranger avant de partir et avons même aidé la femme de ménage qui nous a dis que tout était ok. Le propriétaire s’est plaint parce qu’on a mis les draps à laver, il voulait que on les lavent nous il ne les laves jamais. Nous insulte et très méchant.

Falta limpieza y desinfección a fondo cambio de colchones horno aire acondicionado nevera grande y que enfrie ect ubicacion y zona no esta mal .la señora Daniela de la gestoria que te entrega y recoge las llaves muy maja y atenta daniela un 10 y el apartamento con mejoras estaria muy bien .

Excellent apartment for family of 3

The apartment was fabulous, and in a great location close to the beach. It was spotlessly clean. Javier the apartment owner was brilliant to deal with and was very quick to respond to my messages prior to travelling. The check in experience was fantastic. We were met by Adriano in the rental agency offices around the corner from the apartment. He walked us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. What really impressed us was the flexibility shown when we asked if it was possible to check out as late as we could as we weren't flying home until 11.45pm last night. We were told we could stay until 7pm which made our last day so much more relaxed! All things considered, this apartment was great value, spotless, quiet and in a fab location with a wonderful owner. I would highly recommend it!!

Good position

A little small but adequate for 2 persons for a holiday all the amenities you would need in kitchen- lounge- shower room and bedroom ceiling fan in bedroom and lounge some guests would appreciate air/conditioning.
