  • Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay at Costa del Sol Apartment, a modern, newly renovated flat located in a quiet area of Torremolinos, yet close to everything you need.



    The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from El Bajondillo beach and La Nogalera center, and around 12 minutes on foot from the heart of Torremolinos. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and all essential services are nearby, so you can enjoy your holiday without needing a car.



    This 40 m² apartment is on the seventh floor with lift access and features modern décor. It has a pleasant balcony-terrace with sea and city views—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.



    Fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 guests. The bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, and the living room offers a 140 cm double sofa bed. Beds can be prepared separately upon prior request. Amenities include Smart TV, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and a balcony-terrace with sea and city views. The building provides communal parking.



    There is a large communal pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on warm Torremolinos days. The pool area also has a bar service, perfect for a drink without leaving the premises. Important: the pool is a seasonal facility. Please check opening and closing dates before your stay.



    The location is ideal for exploring Torremolinos on foot: beach, center, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are just minutes away. If you want to visit Málaga, you can easily reach it by bus in about 20 minutes.
