Spectacular apartment located in a privileged position facing the sea with cruise ship views of Carihuela and Bajondillo beaches. It is a stone's throw away from the center of Torremolinos and the train and bus station of this locality. It is also close to Malaga airport, the Benalmadena Marina, and various golf courses.

The urbanization has landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a beauty salon, 24-hour concierge, a tennis court, parking, and direct access to Carihuela Beach and the Promenade where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has been designed to provide a comfortable stay for 4 people. All the materials used, as well as the furniture and appliances installed, are of high quality.

The apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and high-speed internet connection. It has a spacious living room (double sofa bed, 47" TV, dining table for 4 people, among others), a bedroom (double bed with storage space and front sea view), a bathroom (shower with thermostatic faucet), a terrace (side table and two comfortable chairs from where you can contemplate a beautiful sunrise, with the possibility of integrating it into the living room thanks to its glass curtain enclosure -Lumon-), and a kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, etc.).

Relaxing Holiday

Apparently fully equipped, beautiful views over ocean seeing the sunrise every morning was fabulous. Lots of restaurants and train station 10 mins walk away Hosts very helpful.

Best views ever, immaculate accommodation, clean modern bright, great air con, lovely comfy bed, close to beaches bars and restaurants, all in walking distance. Fabulous promenade … if you like paddle tennis there is a club 2km away … perfect, will def b back Only thing complex is very dated but so long as you can get past that … GO!

Well located on the point of Torremolinos, with great beaches and restaurants in both directions. A large complex with pool, cafe, terrace, and elevator access to beach (or back up the cliff to town!) Friendly host, and just a really great place to be!

The appartment is very nice and the view is as good as it gets with that ocean view. The air condition is quiet and works well. The building and shared areas such as the pool have aged gracefully but the front of the complex is a depressing site and looks rundown and littered. So I would rate the appt and communition with Jose 5 star but total 4 stars due to shared areas and building.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The shower was fab (great water pressure and as warm as you need). Everything you need including a fabulous hairdryer and towels for the sun loungers. The verandah can be opened up to the living area which gives you sunshine until about 3pm when we were there in August and then you can easily get a lounger in the communal pool area. Air con is bliss! Jose went out of his way to accommodate our flight times and was so responsive. Ten out of ten and I am very fussy! Thank you!

Fabulous Location with an Incredible View

Brand new and immaculate. Beautifully decorated with all the modern conveniences. Stayed for five days and would of loved to stay much longer is time allowed. Ideal for a couple, close to all the amenities you could need. I highly recommend this property.

Stay in Torremolinos

This is a lovely apartment in a complex of other applications that was once a hotel. The appartment was clean and equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. The owner communicated well with us before our trip and gave us a good tour of the complex. The location is perfect - a short walk to the old town and a lift down to the beach / main promenade. As for the apartment view - simply wow!! Would recommend this appartment to anyone!

Lovely “room with a view”

This was my first trip to Torremolinos, and I wasn’t sure where to stay. I wanted to be by the beach but close to the town and this property fulfilled that. It was beautifully appointed with everything I needed and had an amazing view of the sea (with a balcony to sit on). The host made the experience complete by explaining everything upon my arrival and was willing to help in anyway possible if needed. It was a perfect three nights.

Spectacular in every way!

Everything about our two-week stay in this luxury property was perfect! Jose gave us a tour of the complex and apartment, and his communication and attention to detail was excellent. Quality appliances and attractive decor. The home looks exactly like the pictures except photos can not capture the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea like seeing it through your own eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

By far the finest location in Torremolinos. The apartment overlooks the sea making the view seem as if it’s a suite on a cruise ship. It is within a two minute walk from restaurants and convenience stores. The facility is quiet. A large pool dominates the lush grounds which overlook the beach. Ownership was responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall: exceptional in every level.

From the moment we booked the process was professional, informative and straightforward. Jose was a joy and met us on arrival to introduce himself and to give us a thorough overview of the apartment. The apartment is as stunning as the photos and the layout and attention to detail makes for a perfect stay. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for enjoying the local bars and seafront restaurants. Beautiful property.

Overlooks the sea. Close to all amenities. You do not need a car, unless you intend to do day trips, but a parking space is included. I had no intention of using the pool, given the beautiful beach right outside the apartment, but was delighted with the 2 days that we spent by the pool. Poolside restaurant is great for lunch. Make reservations if you want to be assured of a table, but they accommodated us without one. Great experience. I love Torremolinos!

Perfect holiday apartment.

Santa Clara is a great location. From the apartment in the middle you can either take the lift to floor 0 and you are on the beautiful beachwalk, nice walks in both directions with all the restaurants and shops nearby. Or, you take the lift to floor 5 and the nice pool area with great views along yhe coast, you also have the nearby town center and railway station. The apartment itself is fully renowated and every squaremeter is used to best. Decoration is also very tasteful. You will find all utelities you will need in the kitchen. Many good things to mention as the rainshower, TV and wifi with all options you can ask for. If you wish you can be in bed and look at the sunrise.Wonderful view from the balcony (and the whole apartment). Great stay!!!

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the sea! Breathtaking views and a promenade to walk all day for miles along the beach. The floor to ceiling glass doors open to a beautiful balcony overlooking the water and you can fall asleep listening to the waves. It was surreal! This updated studio is so well equipped and the generous hosts supply every amenity to simply cook at home or if going out they even have a hair dryer and flat iron to look your best! The smart TV was awesome and we were able to hook up our fire stick with no problem, feeling right at home. Our host was very attentive and was there from start to finish to answer any questions. The property has a lot of history including our favorite artist Salvador Dali staying there in 1930 while painting his piece “ the invisible man”. Very cool! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone traveling to Torremolinos!
