Convenient and great value.
Economical and very good value. Well located, clean, polite and helpful staff. Convenient for so many things, more than happy to consider staying here again in similar circumstances.

Great comfortable basic hotel.
Ideally located, basic hotel with comfortable beds. Staff are extremely helpful. There are lifts. I stay regularly at this hotel.

The hotel is basic so don’t look for frills. No fridge/kettle etc. It is in a great location for shops and well worth the money. The staff are absolutely the best that you could hope for and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Looking forward to my return. No complaints from me. I love it.

Good clean place to stay and would stay again.
Hotel location was good and room was clean and comfortable. Communal areas closed due to Corona Virus presumably for distancing and safety reasons.

Better than most big chain expensive hotels
Great modern Room with a small terrace, no view as it was in the city Centre, but perfect location. Quick check in. The bed was so comfortable, I would happily exchange it for my own bed at home :D

We have stayed here before and will stay again.Great location spacious clean rooms free air con. Only downside there are safe deposit boxes in rooms but they have no keys for then.

Hotel was extremely central so if your looking for decent sleep then not good as people don’t go home until 2/3am Room was adequate but woodwork and some furniture was broken WiFi not usable 2 days out of our stay so due to not having much to do this was difficult

Great value hotel in excellent location.
I regularly stay at this hotel. It is in the process of being upgraded. The rooms are big and have been nicely decorated. Plugs are now conveniently by the beds and the rooms are much fresher and modern looking. Ask for a room at the front, facing the plaza for all day sun on your balcony and pretty views of the square. Perfectly located for everything. My only issue is that there are no safes in use. Great cheap and cheerful place to stay.

No hot water
Nice big room, clean, well maintained, good central location. Only downside was no hot water for a shower. Cold water only, not even luke warm, it did not work.

Gracias Anthony. In our hotel there is hot water in all the rooms. Sometimes and depending on the time you have the shower you need to wait a bit longer to be hot, but in about 2-3 minutes the water will be really hot. If there is an occasional issue our guests can let us know at reception and we try to sort it out.

Cheap and cheerful, just noisy.
Needed a low level plug socket, had to stand on a chair and unplug the TV. , also a warning that you wouldn't get to sleep until midnight due to the bar music below. Room was clean though.

Dear client, thank you for staying with us and thank youfor your comment. There are also other rooms on the other side of the hotel where are no bars, it always depends on the preferences of our guests, if they prefer a room with a view on the square or the back side quieter rooms. We are also making reformations of the rooms working on the plug problem.

Booked 5nites checked out after 3 , had to change rooms due to a/c spitting out ice onto bed,second room was rubbish shower rail fell onto my wife . Housekeeping only made up half the room , left waste bins full . Cheap and nasty

Good location but dont forget budget hotel
Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in room,or maybe a small fridge,the staff were excellent ,the hotel needs some tlc.

Enjoyed my stay at Centro.
Excellent, budget friendly and close to centre of town. The room I stayed in had clearly recently been made over and was quite beautiful. Lots of space, new matresses and quilts on the beds with big comfy pillows. Reception staff friendly, hassle free check in, can't think of anything bad, other than maybe the room entrance door needs lubrication for squeaky hinges.

An absolute disgrace and should not be on the Expedia Web site! Very noisy bar below the hotel, dangerous electrics, holes in the wall, broken head board, no plugs for sinks, loose fixtures and fittings, no soaps shampoos, curtains not fitting, grimy! In fairness 0100hrs in the morning we were allowed to sleep in another room! 0800hrs we left!! with 3 days of our stay remaining! BEWARE!
