Right in the heart of Torremolinos, this freshly renovated 37 m² apartment on the ninth floor is a little treat with city views — the perfect base to enjoy the Costa del Sol with the town centre on your doorstep.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed designed for children, sleeping up to 3 guests. It offers free WiFi, a Smart TV, air conditioning with heating, and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen comes fully equipped: hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery included. Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided. The building has a lift.
The location is wonderfully convenient: Plaza Costa del Sol is about 300 metres away, with restaurants and cafés less than 200 metres from the front door. The beach is around 800 metres away, and Torremolinos train station just a 600-metre walk, with direct connections to Málaga Airport (8 km) and the city. There is also free street parking nearby — a rare find in the centre.
