- Golfers’ Storage Area: Designed for your convenience, you’ll find a spacious, secure, and easily accessible area right as you enter the house (ground floor) to effortlessly store your heavy golf bags and clubs.

- State-of-the-Art Technology: Stay connected with our high-speed fiber-optic internet (ideal for streaming or video calls). The living room features a modern Smart TV so you can enjoy international sports channels or your Netflix accounts, as well as an Alexa smart speaker.

- Alarm sensors: The security devices in the living room and on the ground floor are motion sensors; they are NOT cameras. They remain completely turned off during your stay and are only activated when the house is empty.

- Surroundings: As this is a residential area intended for relaxation, please respect the surroundings and avoid excessive noise. Parties and events are not permitted.

- Essential and mandatory requirement: Verification of a €300 card via Swikly before arrival to activate the access codes. This serves solely as a digital security deposit; it does not incur any charges or freeze funds in your bank account.
