Special thanks to Constance who remembered me saying in passing when I came back late one night how I like a memory foam pillow and when I returned the next day I had one waiting for me on the bed! It’s this kind of customer service, coupled with the high standard of cleanliness that keep me coming back. "

"I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay here. Seamless experience from booking to stay. Requested car park when booking, which was quickly confirmed by the hotel. Staff were excellent, all pleasant and helpful. I received a free upgrade to a spa room, which was appreciated, and parking was charged at the rate indicated when I booked the hotel (price has increased since then). Bed was super comfortable! Close to free tram on North Tce, which was handy to get to and from the Entertainment Centre for a concert. Also only a short walk to the casino. Hotel and pool in very good condition (stayed in winter, so didn’t go for a swim). Room in good condition overall - some minor maintenance required (not awful, but would improve experience if fixed); minor wear on spa and some tiles, sealant around bath, mildew on ceiling above shower, and air / fan outlets dusty. Not sure about area surrounding hotel, but I didn’t feel unsafe. Hotel doors are locked at night, with access using your room key. Lift also requires room key to access levels above ground level. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience, and I would stay here again 👍"
