Hotel was probably the gold standard when it was new, unfortunately the rooms are a bit dated. Lobby looks great when you come in, staff is awesome, however we may choose to stay somewhere else during our next trip.

The pool had icy water, and its water heaters were off. They said you should ask for it 48 hours in advance! That isn't nice when you select the hotel because of its indoor pool for the kids.

La aplicación expidia Me dio un precio Era de 2500 más o menos la. Noche y al final vine pagando 2939 sin desayuno.. Y ellos no me lo repetaron… fue mi error no haber Pagado el total al principio… deje cuenta abierta . Me dijeron que en el desayuno no venía incluido. Pero por mi experiencia con expida simpre me dan el desayuno… Nunca había tenido un inconveniente como este..

Me hospedé 2 noches. El staff muy amigable y servicial. Entra mucha luz por las noches a las recámaras por el baño. Noté en otra habitación que tenía una persiana tipo black out para evitar esto pero mi habitación no la tenía. La secadora de cabello no funcionaba y tampoco el teléfono del cuarto. Quise hacer un pedido de room service y tuve que ir al lobby a hacer mi pedido.
