009 Magic Sea View - Alicante Holiday

The beautiful apartment in La Mata with sea view consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Capacity is for 4 people (2 double beds).

It is located in an ideal area for families, very quiet. First line of the beach.

The apartment is nice, comfortable, totally renovated and furnished, and has 56 m² with a beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room. The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, 3 televisions (1 - SmartTV with more than 3000 international channels).

In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.), dishwasher.

It is as close as possible to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata” (5 m), 300 m from the town center. In 1 minute walk there are many restaurants and cafes. Right next to it is a market area for Wednesdays and supermarkets (100m).You can spend a good time walking along the night embankment.

Alicante-Elche Airport is located in 41 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 5 km.

A great option to enjoy a quiet family vacation in Spain.

Een geweldig appartement

Dit appartement is buitengewoon comfortabel. Zeer prettig gelegen aan het strand. la Mata is niet zo groot, maar er is een goede busverbinding naar Torrevieja, bushalte voor de deur. We zijn er 6 weken geweest in februari/maart. Airco / kachel aanwezig. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het kantoor waar de sleutel gehaald kon worden is dichtbij en voor vragen steeds goed bereikbaar per app. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er welliswaar werkzaamheden aan een flink gedeelte van de wandelboulevard waardoor niet alle restaurants makkelijk bereikbaar waren, maar vanuit het appartement was het strand goed bereikbaar.

This property is bright and airy with wonderful views,it’s very clean and in a very quiet area,although shops and restaurants are very close by.superb position on the beach.
