Bright, comfortable, fully equipped apartment for up to 5 guests, located in a quiet gated complex with a large pool and a separate children’s section. Enjoy sea views, ultra-fast WiFi, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Just 1 km from the beach (walkable, uphill on the way back), and close to a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. A lovely city park with a fantastic playground is right next door. Bus stops are around the corner, with easy access to La Mata (2 km) and Torrevieja (5 km).

10 minutes’ drive to a water park, shopping centre and gym. Explore nearby pink salt lakes (Las Salinas), or enjoy a round at Las Colinas golf club (30 min). La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is also just 15 minutes away.
