The property has airconditioning and free wifi. There is spanish TV.It is a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Punta Prima and La Florida and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk.
.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
There is a double bedroom and 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

The Neighborhood:
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 30 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.

In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promandae to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both spanish and english films, close by to a bowling alley.

There are many different beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the spanish sunshine.

Getting Around:
There is a local bus route which travels around the Orihuela Costa.

In additon there is a bus which travels beween Cartegna and Alicante. Stopping at Torrevieja.

For those with a car, explore the spanish villages close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.

Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.
