Estancia muy cómoda, complejo precioso y gran atención

El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho. Estaba muy cuidado, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La urbanización es preciosa, muy amplia y con mucho espacio para que los niños puedan jugar. Las piscinas nos parecieron espectaculares y todo estaba muy limpio y bien mantenido. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos una pequeña incidencia en el alojamiento y la resolvieron de forma muy rápida. La comunicación con Caluxio fue muy fluida, rápida y efectiva en todo momento, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Hemos estado muy a gusto y repetiríamos. Como sugerencia, sería interesante reforzar el tema de los mosquitos, ya que en algunos momentos resultaban bastante molestos. También, debido al calor de estas semanas, echamos de menos contar con un ventilador en la terraza, porque apenas pudimos disfrutar de ella en algunos momentos del día. Además, nos habría gustado disponer de una mesa exterior para poder comer o cenar fuera alguna vez, ya que la terraza es muy agradable y se podría aprovechar mucho más.
