Look forward to the Spanish sun and the proximity to the sea and enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family in this pleasant vacation apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or cook together in the kitchen and get together to eat on the terrace in the sunshine. After your excursions and activities, you can refresh yourself in the communal pool in the afternoon.



You live between Torrevieja and La Mata, both of which are by the sea. Explore all kinds of activities, such as water sports, visiting the famous salt mines, strolling along the promenades and the marina, enjoying the gastronomy in the numerous restaurants with national and international cuisine or shopping in the shopping centers. All this makes it ideal for enjoying not only in summer, but at any time of year!



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
