The apartment is located on a hillside just above the village, the harbor and the beach in a quiet Sackgsse. Everything is within walking distance in about 5 minutes.
The apartment consists of 4 rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and guest toilet, or 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room, separate kitchen with utility room, shower room with toilet and guest toilet. Tatsachenbericht, Sternebwertung leider Mußfunktion

Schilderung der Tatsachen. - Ankunft am Sonntag, 01.09.24; nach mehreren 100 Km PKW-Fahrt, gegen 16:00 Uhr Schlüssel abholen. - Die FeWo war nicht für uns/dem Mieter vorbereitet. - Wir trafen die Wohnung in einem unmöglichen, unzumutbaren Zustand an. Es lief z.B. kein Wasser usw.. - Die Agentur war mit einer Dame besetzt, die kein Deutsch sprach, obwohl deutschsprachige Agentur-Betreuung zugesichert. - Der Vermieter in Deutschland war weder über Mobiltelefon noch über Festnetz erreichbar. - WhatsApp Bericht an den Vermieter, im Laufe der Zeit erhielt er mehr als 20 Fotos zur Dokumentation. - Die später vom Vermieter angebotene Hotelübernachtung ist bei diesen Gegebenheiten mehr als eine Zumutung, weil wir das Hotel nach langer Fahrt und um diese Tageszeit, nach 17:00 Uhr, hätten selbst suchen müssen. Von der Agentur gab es keine Unterstützung. - Eine Übernachtung in dieser FeWo war deshalb nicht zu vermeiden. - Die Agentur realisierte eine neue Wohnung (Verrechnung mit dem Vermieter). Das wiederum hat leider zu einer Reihe von Folgeproblemen geführt. Wir mußten noch 2 x Umziehen. Für diese zusätzlichen Belastungen trägt der Vermieter natürlich keine Verantwortung, das sind interne Sachen der Agentur. - Festzuhalten aber ist, erst in der 3. Wohnung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Da waren bereits 5 Urlaubstage vergangen. - bis jetzt keine Wertminderung erhalten - Ach ja, die Mehrkosten für den Vermieter, wenn überhaupt, halten sich in Grenzen. Augenzeuge beim Einzug neuer M

appartement non adapté à la location en hiver

l appartement était correct mais le chauffage dans la pièce principale ne pouvait pasvêtre branché il manquait une rallonge que nous avons du acheter. le gaz ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu fairevappel à l agent de maintenance et fuite sur 1 bruleur que nous n avons pas pu utiliser. les couettes de lit était trop fines nous avons eu froid.1 couette était sale et 2 oreillers aussi. Nousavons connu bien mieux dans votre service de location dans l ensemble je suis déçu par cette location.cordialement christian marmillon

Entspannte Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht!

Die Wohnung liegt keine 300Meter vom Zentrum entfernt und nach einem kurzen steilen Aufstieg wird mit eine wunderschöne Aussicht belohnt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht,auch wenn die Küchenutensilien sehr stark gebraucht sind. Für entspannte Ferien mit Aussicht tiptop.

Über den Dächern von Estartit

Es handelt sich um ein älteres aber geplegtes 5 Parteien Haus oberhalb der Altstadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit einer sensationellen Aussicht über die Meeresbucht. In drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ortskern der alles zum Einkaufen, Bummeln und Genießen bietet. Der Pool steht den Bewohnern von drei Häusern zur Verfügung und war oft frei oder nur von wenigen Personen genutzt (Es waren aber auch nicht alle Wohnungen vermietet). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Auch eine Klimaanlage und WLAN wäre schön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het appartement in l'Estartit is én fijn gelegen, én helemaal prima. In combinatie met de mooie vorm van het gebouw, het zwembad zijn hier alle ingrediënten aanwezig voor een goede vakantieplek.

tres bon séjour

Logement propre dans résidence calme en haut d une tres belle côte mais qui rend la vue magnifique. La piscine est de bonne taille et pas surpeuplée. Les cles sont a prendre dans une agence mais quand on y va on nous dit que ce n est pas prêt et qu il faut attendre 18h.. ce qui est plutôt embêtant car tard après une grande route mais cela n est pas de la faute du propriétaire. L appartement a tout ce qu il faut pour s y sentir bien. Tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Les plages sont très grandes donc on est pas les uns sur les autres. On peut laisser la voiture sur le parking si on veut tout est faisable a pieds. Rue piétonne en bas de la rue de l appartement bien agréable petits commerces, restaurant...

Séjour reposant avec vue splendide sur la mer

Beau séjour à l'Estartit: 3 chambres pour ne pas se déranger. Le logement est bien équipé: lave vaisselle, lave linge, 2 frigos, avec une terasse où nous pouvions manger à 6 personnes. Le seul petit bémol est 3 minutes en montée raide à pied, mais c'est ce qu'il faut pour être tranquillle, et avoir une vue magnifique. La piscine collective est très bien entretenue (et peu fréquentée). Il y a des ballades magnifiques à faire. Nous reviendrons.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage nicht weit von der Fußgängerzone, vom Hafen und vom Strand. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen, der Pool und Garten sind sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir empfehlen das Apartment gut und gerne weiter. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Anmietung verlief ganz unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
