HOUSE 5 ADULTS VITH SEA VIEWS:
House located 200 meters from the beautiful port of L' Estartit with magnificent sea views, the Medes Islands and the Rocamaura Mountain. This large house has 3 bedrooms, private pool with solarium and a big terrace. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped for 5 adults. At the first floor we have:one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms share one valcony with sea views. In the lower floor, we find the kitchen next to the dining-living room with direct access to a large terrace and to the swimming pool with wonderful sea views.

At the top floor, there is a parking area for 1 vehicle and bicicles and also the main entrance to the house.The access to all the floors of the house is by stairs. All the bedrooms and the dining-living room have air conditioning.



The price includes: Water, electricity, 1 parking place, swimming pool, sheets, towels, tablecloth, and kitchen towels. It also includes a weekly bed linen and towels change for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
