Cheap but grubby
Cheap but grubby, charges for sheets as well as towels. Noisy at night. Nowhere to put clothes in bedrooms (no shelves in cupboard) or stuff in bathroom. Good pool and amazing views though. Restaurant ok & nice staff but very slow check in and reception mainly closed.

Do not stay here if you care about your comfort!
This was by far the worst hotel experience we had in a while. Unpleasant manager; outdated rooms, which look nothing like the online photos; old mattresses; no towels, no bed sheets and no toilet paper (this is something you have to pay extra for or bring your own). Avoid this place if possible, especially if travelling with children.

Fuimos tres amigas la semana pasada y la experiencia fue malísima. El espacio está en un lugar muy bonito con unas vistas espectaculares y un entorno fabuloso, pero el estado de limpieza del apartamento es horrible. Estaba sucio como si no hubieran limpiado en 5 años. Nos dio tanto asco que tuvimos que comprar platos y vasos de plástico para comer y forrar el sofá de papel y poder poner nuestras sabanas, para poder dormir. El sofá cama estaba roto. Miraras donde miraras había suciedad. La atención por parte del recepcionista también fue muy mala, delante de nuestra queja, solo nos dio como respuesta que ya lo sabía y que eso ya lo ponían las reseñas. Teníamos contratadas 4 noches y solo pasamos una, al día siguiente pusimos una reclamación para que nos devolvieran el dinero y podernos ir a otro sitio. La gestión no fue rápida, pero finalmente Expedia nos devolvió el dinero y pudimos irnos, Es vergonzoso que alquilen apartamentos con ese nivel de suciedad, me parece una falta de respeto brutal, nosotras no pedíamos ningún tipo de lujo, lo básico, pero que estuviera limpio y no tener que ir con cuidado de no tocar nada por el asco que daba. Es una lástima que un lugar que podría ser muy bonito esté tan dejado. A parte de la reclamación económica, rellenamos las hojas de reclamación y fuimos al ayuntamiento de Torroella a llevarla, casi perdimos todo el día de nuestras vacaciones en hacer todas las gestiones pero es necesario hacer ese tipo de trámites para ver si se ponen las

La ducha perdía agua por lo que cada vez que nos duchábamos se hacía un charco en el baño. En cuanto a iluminación, la única luz que iluminaba era la de la cocina. Las del comedor apenas daban luz, la luz de pie estaba fundida y la del balcón era exactamente lo mismo encenderla que no. En la luz del baño solo había una bombilla que daba poca luz. Nos tuvimos que traer nosotros las sábanas y toallas, pero ni siquiera nos dieron papel de WC. No había ni un trapo de cocina ni mantel para la mesa. Tampoco había tijeras ni abridor. La ventana no cerraba bien y la puerta estaba bastante rota. La campana, la ducha, el escurreplatos y el escurreplatos estaban sucios. Lo único positivo el parking era cubierto e individual para cada apartamento y la piscina.

Séjour agréable pour le prix en basse saison par contre insonorisation avec les autres appartements très mauvaise. Quelques petites réparations à faire pour un meilleur environnement (portes qui ne se ferment pas bien)
