    Beautiful 60 m² apartment, fully furnished with high-quality designer furniture and modern appliances. Located on the second line from the beach, it offers access to the building’s rooftop terrace, featuring a solarium and a pool with sea views.



    The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a quiet ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a spacious built-in wardrobe with drawers. The open kitchen is integrated into the bright living area and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV.



    El Morche is a charming small village just a two-minute walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The apartment is perfect for 2 guests, with the option to accommodate up to 4 guests using the sofa bed in the living room.
