Located on the Costa Del Sol shore, Casa de la Abuela is an impressive three bedroom, two bathroom property on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. With many attractions, activities, and amenities nearby, this property is the perfect base for family holidays or a getaway with friends in the sun. With a private pool, balcony, and terrace, this villa boasts panoramic views of Torrox’s rugged hillside landscape. Through the trees, the glistening blue sea makes itself known. From the outdoor dining area, a sun lounger, or through the wide glass patio doors, you can admire this view until your heart is content. Inside, Casa de la Abuela has Wi-Fi throughout. In the living area, a flat-screen TV is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with modern appliances and the latest mod cons. Central heating is also available making Casa de la Abuela the perfect property all year round. Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa sits in a hilly area of Nerja. To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide alongside 19 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 84cm wide. The terrace is spacious and flat, whilst the pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. Inside, all bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom doors are 60cm wide. There are 14 steps to the first floor.
