Very well organised and well appointed family hotel. We had an apartment with half board but all inclusive is available. The apartment had a basic kitchen and there’s a supermarket almost opposite. There’s direct access to the beach from the swimming pool area. Travelling with a coeliac and Spain, and this hotel in particular, seems very well set up for gluten-free eating.

Another Great Stay
This is my third time at this hotel. This time I stayed with my teenage son for 5 nights. Our room was excellent, really cold air conditioning and immaculately clean. The staff at the hotel are always very friendly, great selection of food (we were half board) which is slightly different every night. The pool area is great too, kept very clean, loads of sun beds, good activities and right on the beach. The only (very slight) negative I have is that the beds are a little on the soft side, although I realise of course that that’s very subjective.

Lovely family trip to the Iberostar All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodation throughout Facilities are lovely and there are lots of activities to get involved in the day Only issue we had was the reduced drink choice in the restaurant but this was rectified by bringing our drinks to the restaurant from another bar.

The entire property was beautiful. Even with so many guests we always felt we were getting personal service. The entire resort ran like a well oiled machine. There is nothing we would change and we would love to vacation here again in the future!

Nice hotel more suited to families
Nice hôtel right on thé beach but very very family orientated so would not suggest for people looking for a stay on the quieter side. Also all of the restaurants on site are buffet style with most guests going all inclusive so this made it extremely busy and not very relaxing if you did choose to dine at the hotel. Plenty of restaurant options on the beach but would be nice if there was one a la carte restaurant option on sight.

Firstly I tried and failed 4 times to contact iberostar to see what the best rate I could get the first time they replied to ask how many people nights and room type I replied with the information then chased them for an answer 4times. I got so fed up of waiting I went to the hotel I asked the reception what the best rate was they said they couldn’t book but put me through to the central reservations. They said the Hotel was fully booked which I knew it wasn’t as I’d looked just moments earlier on line. He then retracted that they were full and said the best rate was £249 again this was incorrect as the rate for a horizon member was £204 and even cheaper on Expedia. With my perks and it being the cheapest I booked through Expedia. I asked if I could have a pool or sea view I got a view of the car park. Once in the room although cleaned to an exceptional standard the walls were all marked the lampshade edge was all frayed the mini bar was stained inside and there was a mark on the curtain. Overall the public areas and room as well as the gym and indoor pool looked and felt like a dungeon dark dismal and in need of an upgrade. I had asked in my previous emails what the classes were for adults again once checked in really disappointed as there was still not one yoga class which I could do. I have not been away for two years and recently lost someone very close to me so my stay was a treat to myself time to recharge and relax what I got was anxious panicky and due to this…,

There are truly not enough words to describe how magical our stay was. The facility was impeccably taken care of. The food and drink and entertainment were absolutely fantastic. But what truly made it magical was the amazing staff. Fran was so fun with all the activities. Juan in the dining room was the sweetest and absolutely ever staff member made sure we had the best time. This was our best all inclusive experience ever.

We are a family with 3 year old thinking garden would be nice.. but it turns out the grass condition isn’t great. We don’t use the garden at all. Room 134 is quite cold as it will get sun in the afternoon only. Everything is as good as what you can see in the photos. One main advantage is the shower/bath water is very strong in this room.

Good hotel would stay again.
We stayed Easter week so was busy. Couldnt get a sunbed around the pool in the afternoon and the pool wasnt warm so would be much busier in summer season. We only had breakfast and there was a good choice of everything. Had an omelette and egg station.

Could be so much better
Firstly the good points, Reception staff were great , hard working helpful etc. Drinking water available from dispensers throughout the hotel. Great idea. Carmen in the Spa , amazing deep tissue massage! Unfortunately that's where the good points end. The hotel caters predominantly for all inclusive customers which we were not. There are no options to eat on the complex other than a very poorly stocked snack bar that closes at 6pm in the evening anyway. When enquiring about eating one evening in the all inc buffet we were quoted 35 euros each for food. Extortionate , beyond belief 35 EUROS!!!! each for a buffet. Obviously we had to decline , it was a particularly cold and wet evening but had to venture out to eat. Fortunately we found a wonderful bar on the beach, Mambos , where we ate and drunk wonderful food and drink for 40 euros total. The pool looks amazing, no argument there, but unless you can morph into a polar bear it is unusable , so cold , we were amazed that it hadn't iced over , surely during the colder months some sort of heating should be used to take the chill off??? The pool bar was closed , WHY? surely the idea of a pool bar is that when you are relaxing by the pool you are able to have a drink and snack at the pool bar. Out of season this hotel is very isolated with the majority of local bars and restaurants closed , opening back up Easter time so bear this in mind should you be looking to book this hotel.

Very clean. Food, excellent choices, changed each evening. We stayed in a junior suite, i asked to see a better one and was told there wasn't one. Was shown a room on higher floor (as had requested higher floor and one given was on lower floor) which was very small and inferior. The room we had was spacious with good sitting room area and large bathroom. Bathroom really needed upgrading, VERY old fashioned bath in dark corner, only one sink. No seperate shower, but loads of room for one. It was only after we had been there a day or so that i realised we were lucky to have the room we had with the view and sun we had compared to others. Indoor pool pleasant but not deep enough, only 1 metre deep throughout. Sauna but no steam room. Weird carpety stuff on corridors. Lots of hand sanitiser everywhere but no enforcement of use. Good place for short winter stay.

Brilliant hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. Very good location right on the beach. You had to pay for sunbeds on the beach 5 Euros each but not at the hotel. Overall the food was good however you had to watch and wait on the food being cooked fresh and put into the dishes. There didn’t appear to be hot plates just a lamp above the food. I touched the side of the dish holding the baked beans and even the dish was cold. No use having a cooked breakfast as it was cold. You could however have a bowl of Muesli and a freshly cooked omelette. There was a selection of salads, pasta, pizza and paella every night. Some evening there was fish, chicken, beef or ribs but again you had to observe when the food came off the griddle or it was cold. Waiters were very friendly and efficient. Tables were cleared very quickly. The dining room was marked out as a one way system but most people ignored it.

Nice hotel with a great kitchen staff. All others were not very happy speaking English to other English speaking tourists. Parking is paid , need a key card to get in and out. For the money it should be free. Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller. Beds are hard.
