This wonderful accommodation is situated in the fabulous setting of the hills surrounding Torrox Costa, providing a unique atmosphere to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Additionally, its location allows you to enjoy the beach, just 3 km away, and access the main cities of the region, as access to the highway is only 1 km from the property. Upon arrival, you will discover a charming property, decorated with beautiful rustic details and equipped with everything your family might need.

Moreover, you have the possibility to use produce from the semi-ecological garden completely free of charge. Here, you will find native seasonal products such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, beans, garlic, onions, sugar cane, and tropical products like avocados, mangoes, dragon fruit, and lychees among others. You can also use the eggs from the organic chicken coop, also free of charge.

The accommodation, measuring 46 m2, is ideal for a family of four and is suitable for people with reduced mobility, thanks to the presence of ramps that allow access from the parking area to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a charming living room. On the right side, there's the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for a pleasant stay; on the left, there's a sofa and a television. A bathroom with a shower is also accessible from the living room.

The property also features two bedrooms. The master bedroom, nearly 9 m2, includes a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The smaller bedroom comes with two single beds.

The living room is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and a portable heater which will be provided if you choose to stay here during the winter.

The outdoor area features a 30 m2 porch, the ideal place for enjoying outdoor meals. The dining table for six, the brick barbecue, and the oven ensure you have all the comforts you might need. The icing on the cake is the spectacular view that stretches from the valley to the Mediterranean Sea.

On the right-hand side, you'll find the lovely private heated swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and an umbrella to ensure a relaxing, stress-free stay. From the pool, a staircase leads to an exterior bathroom with a shower. The pool is available from April 1 to October 31, and heating the pool carries an additional cost not included in the price, ranging from €60 to €100, depending on the date and duration of stay.

Access to the house, which also has an interior parking area, is possible via a 100-meter dirt road.

The road is characterized by curves and bumps typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
