This apartment is ideally located 50m metres from the Torrox Beach and is within walking distance to local cafes, bars and supermarkets. Laguna Beach offers both indoor and out door pools, including an Olympic size swimming pool as well as a number of tennis courts. There is also a gym within walking distance and free parking is available nearby. Buses to Torrox, Nerja and Málaga stop just 500 metres away.

The apartment itself includes a high quality equipped kitchen as well as sea views from either side of the apartment. The apartment is a duplex, with rooms spread over two floors. The top floor includes a terrace, with a seating area with a view of the sea and surrounding gardens. Winter break – excellent property and location

Phil gave us very clear instructions on how to find and access the property. It was easy to park nearby. The apartment is very clean and well equipped - the photos don’t do it justice! There are three good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes and comfortable beds. Very close to close to the beach, promenade, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants (even in early January). It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun listening to the waves crashing on the beach nearby. We also enjoyed being able to the tennis rackets in the apartments for the tennis courts in the complex. Thanks again Phil – we would definitely recommend this property and hope to return.

Great apartment and area

This apartment exceed what we expected, having only ever stayed in villas before we were not sure what to expect. But it had everything needed for a fantastic holiday. 2 showers/wc which is a must with 3 children, to the AC units in the 2 bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the third. It was a pleasure to have our morning coffee on the balcony and hear the waves breaking. The pool area is clean and well maintained with areas for you to relax in shade, lifeguards are on duty all day and are very attentive, the pool area is also very secure so small children can't escape, and you also need a key to be able to enter, in fact you need a key to be able to enter the complex from the beach promenade which makes it secure. The complex is very well maintained with some beautiful gardens. Less than 50m from the apartment and you are at the beach, you have a choice of hiring sun beds or just doing your own thing., the beach is very clean. The promenade has a variety of bars and restaurants for you to choose from, depending on your tastes, the children also found a few play areas along the front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Phil was a pleasure to deal with, we will be recommending this apartment to everyone.

El apartamento es un dúplex. Tiene escaleras de subida para acceder a él y también para subir a dos de las habitaciones. El baño de abajo necesita una reforma. También cambiar algunas persianas. La ubicación es buena con respecto a la playa y a la piscina. La piscina requiere de una llave de entrada y sólo disponíamos de 2 (tuvimos que pedir favores a los socorristas para poder entrar los cinco).

Schöne Ferienanlage

Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und liegt 50 m vom Meer weg. Es war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Beschreibung war unzureichend. Der Check-in in der Nacht sehr schwierig da nur eine Keybox erwähnt wurde, wir aber diese erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage gefunden haben. Die Keybox musste auch gewechselt werden, da Sie sich nicht mehr schließen liess. Die Türe zur Waschmaschine fielbeim Aufmachen heraus. Der Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Klimaanlage dort die heisse Luft herausblies. Die Duschen unglaublich eng .

Nette kleine Wohnung

Nette kleine Wohnung mit großartiger Lage direkt am Strand. Die Bäder sind schön gestaltet. Leider etwas klein. Der Balkon liegt fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten und somit zum Sonnen nicht geeignet. Dafür sind Strandutensilien vorhanden. Ein schöner Pluspunkt ist das Hallenbad in der Anlage.

Muy buena ubicación y entorno. Sin embargo nos costó encontrar la propiedad dentro de la urbanización (que es bastante grande). La casa es algo pequeña para 6 personas aunque dispone de 3 habitaciones perfectamente equipadas. Gran comodidad a la hora de disponer de todos los accesorios necesarios para la playa o el ocio, así como utensilios de cocina y uso básico. Casa reformada y muy agradable para la estancia. Buena experiencia.

Logement fonctionnel et très agréable

Ce logements, avec ses 2 salles de douches, est parfait pour accueillir 2 couples et, 2 enfants. Beaucoup de rangements dans chacune des 3 chambres. Cuisine moderne et pratique. Très bien situé ; prés des commerces, de la plage, du paseo, des bars & restaurants ( pas tous ouverts en cette période de fin d'année). Seul bémol si vous souhaitez le louer en cette période ( début janvier 2022) des travaux sont en cours dans l'appartement du dessous.

Siyio recomendable para estar en familia

El alojamiento está muy bien, ubicación perfecta. Muy próxima a las piscinas del complejo y al bar de la piscina, acceso directo al paseo marítimo y a la playa. Las indicaciones del propietario han sido apropiadas y ha estado en contacto en todo momento por si hubiera algún problema. En general todo muy bien. El único pero que pondría es quue tiene escaleras y para familias con niños pequeños podría suponer un problema subir y bajar carritos. Nosotros tenemos una niña de 2 años pero no tuvimos esa necesidad. Todo estaba limipo y nos gustó, repetiría.

Winter break

The property was clean, well equipped with towels and bedding, close to the beach and shops. In the winter the sun does not reach the property until mid afternoon so was cool in the mornings and evenings, however there is air conditioning and heating in all rooms which is very useful. There is onsite an indoor heated pool which was fine, also tennis courts and boules pitches and there is sports equipment in the apartment to use. . We found Torrox Costa a good location to work from without the needs of a car. There is good public transport to, Nerja, Malaga, Torre del Mar, and Torrox Pueblo . Very easy access to the beach. , with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Lägenheten bra men liten o trångt kök/vardagsrum. Svårt att sitta o umgås på balkongen /smal .

Läger var toppen med närhet till hav o strand. Lång strandpromenad med restauranger o små affärer. Nära till busshållplats med direktbussar till Malaga o Torrox stad som var riktigt sevärt .

Traumhaft schön

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Baby. In der Wohnung war alles da was wir zum wohlfühlen brauchten somit haben wir uns an dem ersten Tag wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Anlage Laguna Beach ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön und gepflegt. Für meine 5 Jährige Tochter war der große Pool in der Anlage das absolute Highlight, in dem hat sie in den 2 Wochen Urlaub das Schwimmen erlernt. Den Strand kann man von den beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sehr gut sehen und das Meeresrauschen wiegt einen in den Schlaf. Die Strandpromenade ist auch gleich um die Ecke und bietet Spass für die kleinen und leckeres Essen für die Großen. Wir danken Phil für diesen wunderbaren unkomplizierten Aufenthalt und können dieses Objekt wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Such a good find - Brilliant location. Brilliant amenities & excellent communication with owner.

I am so pleased we came across this property on HomeAway. It was slightly tricky to find but the locals were really helpful. Lots of parking available and love that we were so close to the beach. Never struggled finding a space in the mornings and spent the afternoons in the Olympic size pool. Our girls were in their element. Lots of places to eat and a close journey to Nerja. Communication with Phil (the owner) was excellent. We never had to wait long for a response. It is quite noisey of a weekend (music) if you’re staying in the main room but not a massive negative. We turned up to find cupboards full from previous people who have stayed which was amazing! We will definitely be staying again. Thanks again Phil.

Fantastic!

Perfectly located near the beach and a 5-10 minute short walk to the supermarket. Swimming pool was huge, clean and the children loved it. The apartment is clean and roomy, it had everything we needed to make our stay very home from home. We all enjoyed our stay at Laguna beach and would love to go back again.
