The property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an outdoor toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee maker. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, smart TVs in the living room and porch, and an electronic dartboard. There is a small step at the entrance.



    Step outside to the garden with mountain views and a covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The private outdoor pool features a waterfall, lighting, and an interior step for seating. You’ll also find an outdoor shower and a barbecue.



    The property offers parking for 2 cars inside the grounds, with additional parking available outside. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or holding parties and events inside is prohibited.



    Access: The villa is located 4.1 km up a winding mountain road typical of the area. As it is not a main road, there are no streetlights; this is the only access route, so we recommend driving carefully, especially at night. It is best to use a non-sports car, as the road is unpaved.
