We had to call the agent because the code did not work but got lucky that the cleaning crew appeared at the wrong address and took us to the right place. Amenities listed are not in the apartment. There is no microwave or dishwasher. We had a week long stay and had specifically booked this place for its amenities. So it was a huge inconvenience!...

Maybe something they need to update, got different information from different places ( email, links and apps). At least they was easy to get a hold of when calling!
